Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 24 March 2009 at 2.00pm, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KATE SHEPPARD FITOUT LIMITED in the place of Katherine Louise Kenealy and Dennis Parsons.
The liquidation commenced on 30 September 2008 by the High Court under section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
We fix 24 April 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
