Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 25 March 2009, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that LE-M-COR HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 25 March 2009.
