Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Roderick T. McKenzie and Lyn M. Carey, of McKenzie
& Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, were appointed liquidators of JUBILEE MANAGEMENT LIMITED by order of the Court on
18 March 2009, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on 18 March 2009 at 10.00am.
The liquidators have fixed 8 May 2009, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
