Notice to Creditors to Claim
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ULTRA HELICOPTERS INC (NZ) LIMITED by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 March 2009 at 11.26am.
We fix 27 April 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
