Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 March 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE MULTIMEDIA FACTORY LIMITED be liquidated and that Glen Adrian Beal, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 March 2009.
