Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993:
Notice is hereby given that the companies were placed into liquidation with the appointment of Grant Bruce Reynolds as liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator fixes 30 April 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
