Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, due to a restructuring of their affairs, the shareholders have appointed Robert Anthony Elms, chartered accountant of PKF Martin Jarvie, liquidator of WELLINGTON TRAWLING CO LIMITED.
The formal liquidation commenced on 18 March 2009 at 2.30pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
18 April 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
