Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 19 March 2009, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
I, Michael John Keyse, of 567 Wairakei Road, Christchurch, do fix 21 April 2009, to be the date by which creditors of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of
the Act.
