Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 17 March 2009 at 10.55am, it was resolved by special resolutions of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that VITA SHOE COMPANY LIMITED, JAMES HARGREAVES LIMITED and HVB MANAGEMENT LIMITED (all in liquidation) be put into liquidation and
that Rowan John Chapman and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
Solvency certificates have been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 27 April 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
