Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 March 2009, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that T.L.C. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED be liquidated and that
Hamish Alexander Scott of HSW Limited, Accountants,
be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 March 2009 at 8.53am.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the addresses and contact numbers stated below.
