Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 March 2009, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TURNAT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that Stephen Gerard Florentine of Curtis McLean Limited, Chartered Accountants, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 March 2009 at 10.00am.
Prior to the appointment of the liquidator a directors resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
