Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint
and several liquidators of TWIN SPRINGS LIMITED in the place of Colin F. Currie.
The liquidation commenced on 30 June 2008 by resolution of shareholders, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 17 March 2009 at 2.53pm.
We fix 17 June 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
