Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 18 March 2009 at 9.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Michael Crawford, of Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidator has fixed 27 April 2009, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution.
