Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Henry Martin van Dyk and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of Polson Higgs, were appointed liquidators of SOKO HOLDINGS LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 19 December 2008 at 5.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix
5 February 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
