Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Edward Christian Jansen and Richard Brian Burge were appointed joint and several liquidators of B WALTON HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 24 December 2008 at 9.00am.
The company is solvent and all known creditors have been paid.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidators fix 30 January 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, the directors having passed a resolution of solvency.
