Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 3 March 2009 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CAPE PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that James Gregory Eden, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 3 March 2009.
