Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Terence Hillson, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 December 2008 at 5.30pm.
The liquidator hereby gives notice that 23 January 2009, has been fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
