Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of ABRIS PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on
9 March 2009 at 4.31pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by passing of a special resolution
by entry in the company minute book.
