Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that PAYNTER INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 February 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 16 February 2009 at 10.44am.
