Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that CANTERBURY BOARD FIXERS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 March 2009
to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 3 March 2009 at 10.45am.
