Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 6 March 2009 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HOLIDAYS OVERSEAS LIMITED be liquidated and that Gerard Brendan Boock and Russell Duncan Clark, chartered accountants of Dunedin, be appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidators hereby fix 31 March 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
