Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), Richard Brian Burge and Edward Christian Jansen were appointed joint and several liquidators of PHOENIX PATHWAYS LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 23 February 2009 at 9.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors and shareholders, as there are no assets to distribute.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidators fix 20 March 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
