Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 12 February 2009 at 10.00am, appointed Robert John Knox, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The undersigned does hereby fix 15 April 2009, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
