Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 February 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that LR SOLUTIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Rob Egan, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 February 2009.
