Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 February 2009 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that STORM CIVIL LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, be appointed for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 27 March 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
