Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 February 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FLITELINE SERVICES LIMITED be put into voluntary liquidation and that Richard Nicholas Ineson, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on 18 February 2009.
