Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the
matter of AYER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the company entered into liquidation on 19 February 2009 at 11.30am by duly signed entries in the minute books of the company.
The following special resolutions were passed by the company, namely:
(a) that the company has ceased trading and it is reasonable to wind up, and that the company be wound up forthwith.
(b) that Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator of the above-named company that has been placed in voluntary liquidation, that he does hereby fix 31 March 2009 at 4.00pm, as the date and time by which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
