Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 February 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a), that POLDARN PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and
that Colin Gordon Powell, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 17 February 2009 at 12.01pm.
