On 5 February 2009 at the High Court at Hamilton, by order of the Court, HEARTLAND DEVELOPMENTS WANAKA LIMITED was placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, and Colin F. Currie, insolvency practitioner of Hamilton, appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Thursday, 5 February 2009 at 10.40am.
I fix 5 May 1999, as the day by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priorities.
