Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 January 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ORKNEY PACIFIC INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and
that Tarsha Hazleman, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 January 2009.
