Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that PRICK-LEE PEAR CAFE LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 February 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 10 February 2009 at 11.14am.
