Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 9 February 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GLENTHORNE HOLDINGS LIMITED be entered into voluntary liquidation
and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 February 2009.
