Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 11 February 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that A S FORD LIMITED be liquidated and that John Falloon, chartered accountant,
be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 February 2009.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.

13 March 2009.
