Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies on 13 February 2009 at 10.00am, passed resolutions appointing Colin Ian Devcich, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of both companies.
Solvency certificates have been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator does hereby fix
6 March 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
