Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Stephen Charles Grey, chartered accountant of Papatoetoe, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 9 February 2009 at 4.00pm.
The liquidator hereby fixes 6 March 2009, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
