Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 January 2009 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CHEVIOT TRUSTEE LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 4 March 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
