Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 4 February 2009 at 10.25am, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of C-RIUS INVESTMENTS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 12 March 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies
Act 1993.
