Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, MIDWEST PHARMACEUTICS LIMITED be liquidated and Roger Peter Sinclair, chartered accountant of Hastings, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 February 2009 at 4.00pm.
