Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) and (b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 December 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that TABUSORO INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Vanessa Gay Williams, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 December 2008.
