Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that DUNEDIN CARPET CLEANING LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High
Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 January 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 26 January 2009 at 10.19am.
