Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 15 December 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JOHN BAKER INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Robert James Drum, chartered accountant of ENZO Advisors Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 January 2009 at 3.00pm.
