Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 December 2008, it was resolved by special
resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that RDKS NZ LIMITED
be liquidated and that Kiran Dutt, chartered accountant
of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 18 December 2008 at 8.35am.
