Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 9 December 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TRENODDEN INVESTMENTS LIMITED be entered into voluntary liquidation and that Trevor James Croy, chartered accountant of Level 2, 161 Burnett Street, Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 December 2009.
