Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Peter J. Wahlstrom, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of WARD MILES LIMITED on 10 December 2009 at 10.00am.
The liquidation commenced on 10 December 2009 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
29 January 2010, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
