Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 1 December 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HM LIMITED be liquidated
and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 December 2009 at 2.00pm.
A certificate of solvency has been signed by the director of the company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 20 January 2010, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
