Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AQUAHAVEN NZ LIMITED by the High Court at Napier, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
10 December 2009 at 12.28pm.
We fix 18 January 2010, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
