Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 8 December 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that FAIRBROOK LIMITED be liquidated and that Colin B. Wilson, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 December 2009.
