Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Vivian Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SUEGEO LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on
9 December 2009 at 11.19am.
We fix 28 February 2010, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
