Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 30 January 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that SILVERDALE HYDROPONICS LIMITED be liquidated and that Russell Edmind Lawn, solicitor of Kumeu, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 30 January 2009 at 10.15am.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay off its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named company which is being liquidated, does hereby fix 12 March 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
