On 5 December 2009 at 12.00 midday, it was decided by
the board of directors, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE KITSET COMPANY LIMITED (trading as Highmark Homes Hawkes Bay)
be liquidated and that Kenneth Charles Oliver be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 5 December 2009 at 12.00 midday.
